Sony to launch Bravia X HD TVs in U.K.
According to Pocket Lint, Sony will be launching its first HD1080 Bravia LCD TV in the U.K. that is more than ready for next generation, high-definition movies on its 1920 x 1080 LCD panel. The Bravia X series comes with two HDMI inputs that guarantees compatibility with the growing range of HD devices. The KDL-46X2000U 46″ TV claims to enhance the resolution of standard definition TV by up to 4 times. These new screens will come with a contrast ratio of 1300:1, a wide viewing angle of 170 degrees, and has integrated speakers with Dolby Pro Logic II Virtual Surround digital signal processing.
